Information in your enquiry

We collect the contact and business details you provide to consider and respond to your service enquiry. Do not include customers’ personal information. Your request does not subscribe you to marketing or activate a service.

Processing and storage

The existing enquiry system stores your details using Supabase and sends an internal notification using Resend. Access is for reviewing and responding to your enquiry. We keep information only while needed for the enquiry and related business or legal obligations. Ask us about access, correction or deletion, or for details of retention and international processing arrangements.

Your choices

This site does not activate optional analytics. Browser session storage keeps your submission reference so the receipt page can distinguish a saved enquiry from a direct visit. Contact us about your rights, and you may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Voice demonstration and a live pilot

The demo opens an existing external voice service and may request microphone access. Use invented details. Data processing, recording, retention, disclosures and provider arrangements for a live pilot must be agreed separately before activation.
